Safe & essy parking, great valet/concierge, reception services Housekeeping needs additional trainung; grungy bath towels, did not leave shower floor towel, no coffee replenished, durty dishes was not picked up.

"The beach area is very clean and the free activities like kayaking and paddle boarding are the highlights of our trip. The staff are very accomodating and the free shuttle around Lio beach made our trip enjoyable. I highly recommend the hotel."
